US, Cuba enemies for decades. Remember the 1966 America-Cuba missile crisis and all the cold war stuff. All that the two countries are trying to put behind them as new door is opened for possible friendly relations. Following this light, both countries may have to change their policies. Though it may not happen overnight but both are stepping in the right directions.
Both countries,on leadership levels, (Raul Castro & Barrack Obama) are meeting diplomatically together for the first time (face to face) in 50 years. Obama said ,while addressing reporters in Panama, "let try something new with Cuba".
