Nepal Earthquake: 17 killed in Mount Everest base camp following avalanches

 Climbers told CNN that people are still trapped and need rescue on the mountain following series of avalanches induced by the 7.8 magnitude violent earthquake that hit Nepal city Kathmandu. Mount Everest is located 200km from epicenter of the quake. Survivals say tremors continue on the mountain even after the earthquake. Death toll now over 2500 across all affected areas.
