Kano irate youths set Sharia court ablaze

The irate youths marched to the Kano state Government house and palace of the Emir to expressed their bitterness over an alleged  blasphemy against Prophet Mohammed by a Tijanni preacher (Abdul Nyass). see more details and pics after the cut.

The irate youths set ablaze Nyass’ house in Kombotso Local Government Area of the state and burnt part of the state Sharia court, a development which ignited widespread condemnation across the state from prominent Tijaniyya leaders.

It took the intervention of the state governor, security operatives, and the police force to avoid blood bath at the entrance of the state house.
