As today, May 1 2015, marks workers' or labor day, Federal Government workers are still lamenting instead of celebrating..What's the case: poor standard of living, poor working conditions and owed salary arrears, an indication that their contributions to national development are not appreciated.
Anyway, lets see the changes the 'administration elect' will enforce.....
