HEAT WAVES KILLS MORE THAN 1000 IN PAKISTAN

This is unimaginable as heat waves continue to claim lives in Pakistan and death tolls top 1000. Cemetery getting filled up and same grave now use to bury more one person in port city of Karachi.
Searing temperatures, which have been as high as 113 degrees, fell below 100 on Thursday, but a sense of panic and crisis persisted in the city, the country's financial and commercial capital as well as the capital of Sindh province.

People running under the trees around the cemetery  to shield themselves from the shield.
Now what is the cause of these extreme heat waves?
