A notice of extradition to US has been served to the NDLEA embattled Senator-elect, Buruji Kashamu to answer alleged drug trafficking.
The suit is said to be in line with the Extradition Act CAP, E25 Laws of
the Federation of Nigeria 2004 (as modified by Extradition Act
Modification Order, 2014).
House of Representatives has commended NDLEA for boldly taking the right steps in the extradition case
