Three suspects arrested over acid attack on woman

Mum of six Carla Whitlock suffered serious burns after having acid thrown in her face outside Turtle Bay nearly 2 weeks ago in Southampton, UK. Police searching for two men in connection with an assault in which a woman had acid thrown in her face have this evening (Monday, September 28) arrested three people.

 Billy and Geoffrey Midmore were detained at an address in Gillingam, Kent, at around 10.45pm.  A 33-year-old woman was also arrested.

 All three have been taken into custody and will be brought to Hampshire shortly for questioning.
