Former British middleweight champion is presently in an induced coma due to bleed on the brain sustained from a bout with Chris Eubank Jr in London.
The
referee stopped the fight in round 10 on the advice of the doctor, who said
Blackwell was unable to continue because of swelling over his left eye.
He collapsed after the bout and had to be taken out of the ring
on a stretcher with oxygen.
Boxing has its ups and downs.........
