UI emerges best varsity in Nigeria

Tertiary institution hopefuls should reconsider their school choices as UI (University of Ibadan) has emerged the best varsity in Nigeria and 8th in Africa following the 2015 African universities and higher institutions ranking conducted by Journal Consortium.
South African institutions dominated the top 10 in the ranking, with the University of Cape Town coming first, garnering 45.02 points.
The University of Nigeria, Nsukka was ranked second in Nigeria and 13th in Africa. The only private institution from Nigeria on the table is Covenant University which ranked 53rd on the continent.
